This policy seeks to empower our employees to use all social media platforms in a way that is consistent with the respectful and considerate values of our company and with our responsibilities and obligations towards our clients and partners, especially with regards to confidential information.

The guidelines also outline procedures that employees must follow if they wish to publicly share any information on their project work within Dar, such as receiving required reviews approvals and clearances. Moreover, the policy outlines how employees can have their research or projects featured on or spotlighted by Dar’s own social media platforms.

Violations such as posts with confidential or uncleared project information or posts that are offensive to our partners, clients, or communities will be subject to disciplinary action.

The policy will be permanently hosted on the insidar reference center.
